This extra round is aimed at residency centers located in the Nordic and Baltic countries to allow them to invite Ukrainian artists/other professionals within arts and culture for a residency. The centres must be able to offer the invited residents appropriate conditions and to help them in creating contacts to the arts and culture scene locally and internationally.
